  • However, we gladly replace or exchange any damaged or defective items.
  • To request a replacement or exchange, please photograph any defects upon opening the packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery.


  • If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it with the same item or a similar one of equal value if the original is no longer available.
  • Please note that products purchased during sale periods or at discounted prices, as well as customized products or special bulk orders, are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are damaged or defective.

  1. Contact our customer care team at within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number, transaction date, delivery address, and images of the defective item along with its packaging.
